Refund policy
You have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is damaged. You will also need to provide your proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for You.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items such as oils, and personal care goods (i.e. beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
To request a return, please contact us at halcyonholisticwp@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you details of how to safely return your purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or if you change your mind.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Kindly ensure all returned items are packed appropriately to prevent damage. Please note that all items are your responsibility until we have received them.
